Yes. We drop at Red Reef, Spanish River, and South Inlet Park along A1A, but these lots fill early and none of them hold a wedding-sized group of cars. We stage the trolley at the drop point and return at a set time rather than parking on site.
The city requires a park permit for organized events, and that is arranged with Boca Raton Recreation Services, not with us. Send us the permitted window once you have it and we will build the route around your access time.
St Andrews, Woodfield, and Boca Pointe all control entry at a gatehouse. Add the trolley to your guest list with the vehicle description ahead of the date, otherwise the driver waits at the gate while your schedule slips.
It is the single biggest timing risk in Boca. The Camino Real and East Palmetto Park bridges are both drawbridges and both back up through the late-afternoon return. We build extra minutes into any route that crosses the Intracoastal between 4 and 6pm.
